It is the inlet valve that needs the diaphragm, not the flush siphon.
I have one here but it is too thick for the valve in question. Have bodged it twice previously and it won't bodge again.
Like these.
Plenty of sources around here, just a matter of remembering what I went for when I get there
Drove past Scotswood B&Q on my way there and home but too lazy to make the slight detour off the A1.
Should have gone the 695 but the satnev rebelled.

Been there with cisterns. I took the easy option and replaced the whole innards. We suffer terribly here with limesacle and most plumbing bits fail because of it..

Dreading the day it needs the siphon replacing, or the inlet valve assembly.
It's all enclosed so the plasterboard will all have to come out to get at it.
It's my daughter's and every time I fix something at least one other thing breaks.

Re: Dremmel....Homebase
I have a full siphon assembly kicking around here somewhere.
Bought it for work as one appeared to be broken, turned out there was about 500 fag filters in the flush pipes and chambers.
