Why not have something to check the reduced voltage at your 7.5v replay connection (lamp, or meter), and then very gently pull each fuse in turn until the voltage drops to zero. Replace the fuse several times to check, and then pull the others one at a time to check that you've really got the right one (i.e. no other fuse has the same effect).

You then know which fuse is the problem, and can replace just that fuse/holder/wiring.

Chances are it will be a high-current fuse: the weedy holders used by PSA are notorious for not handling high current (20A+) well. Military grade they are not.

Also look for signs of over-heating/oxidation on the fuse blades as you take each one out.

Hi

I suspected that 7.5 v is not the problem. When detaching the engine ECU connector the 7.5 v turns to 0v on the Bitron relay. So the 7.5v is some kind of feedback coming from the ECU electronics. After checking again the 7.5v never turns to 12v, I guess I confused the pins when I measured it. I hope to have the time to detach the fuse box and take it apart while it is still in the car, it is some kind of fine art. If it is not taken apart it is impossible to remove it from the car, to do that one have to cut all the wires that are connected to it , around 30 wires. So I'll open the lid with fine screwdriver I'll remove the terminals in question and check them. It is a couple of hours. Once I'll do it I'll post some pictures .

Thanks

Zohar,

That's good news that you've identified the location of the problem at the fusebox. You're half way there (we hope) :)
