the middle one looks almost alien!
thanks for the links VB but i dont think they would be upto the pressure im looking for as they all look to be low power units mainly for transfer of fluid between drums or such like

Whatever you use, a rough calculation suggests that it will draw about 20A at 12V, so you'll need fairly hefty cable to minimise volt drop.

That's the way to tell them KP. I hope it works as well for you as my one did when I built it last year. I did have a little trouble with clumping in the agglomeration but I overcame that. Your plan probably bypasses that stage. Good luck.

The pump and tank attached will be the highest part in the system so I'm hoping I can easily bleed it just through pumping it for a little bit and then leaving it a day or two and then same again over the course of a week or two
