Nailed it, well done!!

It is the 1.6 Diesel Nissan X-Trail which does pull surprisingly well for the size and type of car!! She loves filling it with all the family's water sports gear and driving down to Dorset!!

Nailed it, well done!!

This is all getting very cryptic MickI'm rubbish at anything like this...
By a process of elimination, and going on the screamer clue I'll go for a Honda S2000 or another Honda with that magical engine that red-lines at 9KI drove one once after doing some spannering on it... Awesome!
Or is it an NSX? Gorgeous cars...
Now you know why I needed to visit the optician yesterday Mickmickthemaverick wrote: 18 Jan 2023, 16:54 You must have missed my reply about the screamer at: viewtopic.php?p=742129#p742129/
Well done Dormouse
Unfortunate Jim but it usually comes to us all, I am waiting for my juvenile cataracts to reach the stage where they will be operable and, judging by friend's results, I will then be better off than I am at the moment. However the specs are second nature now and only cause a little more diffraction of light sources than the naked eyes in their current state!!
That's what I've got Mick... Mine are very young juveniles currently... All I know who've had them done when the time comes are delighted with the results so we do have something to look forward tomickthemaverick wrote: 18 Jan 2023, 18:42Unfortunate Jim but it usually comes to us all, I am waiting for my juvenile cataracts to reach the stage where they will be operable and, judging by friend's results, I will then be better off than I am at the moment. Had mine done, one about five years ago the other in December, amazing the difference, still need specs for reading the small print and to balance the different eye lenses but I've been driving without specs for the last month first time I've been able to do that for over thirty years.CitroJim wrote: 18 Jan 2023, 19:00That's what I've got Mick... And here's hoping that 'soon' is still some way off Stevemyglaren wrote: 19 Jan 2023, 12:34 They have been telling me for the past decade that mine will need doing "soon".
Already involved Steve, I have a decent working relationship with him and contacted him in December to get him on the case but basically it is a question of resources and priorities. It is only a residential crescent and as such only a minor issue as far as they are concerned!!myglaren wrote: 20 Jan 2023, 22:17 Bring it to the attention of your local councillor, should get it moving. He or she may well attend and see it is done correctly if you explain how it has dragged on.
