Some local street art in Hertford, under the A10 flyover actually, which may provide the filling for bobins' picture!!

To continue the water theme, from the archives of POTD from February 2021.
Staged The kingfisher sighting on the day was genuine, the floodwater was genuine, but...the kingfisher was very much plonked on top of the post digitally!

Fair stood out against the floodwater.

I will keep my eyes open see if its one of the local ones ferrying the school children around. Similar ones on the net enhance stuff like the VW Crafter and large Motorhomes and there are plenty of them tramping the Northumberland roads.
There is a minor bit of New Zealand interest in my picture. That ruler was sent from New Zealand to my Grandma who had a pen pal from New Zealand.

Re: Picture(s) of the day....
Back in July Kelso had a very striking display of oranges and yellows from their trials of some wildflower seed mixes.
Well in November it is still providing a splash of welcome colour

I think I may have photographed all three, but the first to get the shutter click was an arresting vivid display of oranges and yellows at Kelso.

Another mix not captured that well
