Had a bit of a mention on the thread "Classic under £10K"
but for a wider audience perhaps....this is a rare six wheeler Citroen, and if you want it you can bid for it at Mathewsons Auction 20/21 August. Guide price £7,000 to £8,500.

Yes this is the Bath to Devizes Stage Coach
Image

The Bath to Devizes Stage Coach pulls up in a village for a change of horses. Painted in 1892 by Alfred Wheeler (1821-1903).
Well the old principle is being revived, and the subject of the "Electrical Vehicles Infrastructure thread" this morning :-D

Wondered what it was, went take a pikshure of the sweet pea 'structure' - netting wrapped around a redundant clothes pole.

No, I don't think his name was Polly.
Or is that a Monty Python reference?
As I'm sure it wasn't Monty either.

While you're all enjoying summer, down here it's definitely still winter. Good frost this morning! A bonus point for identifying the car :).

Not an everyday spot in the UK. Quite a rarity.

Only 34 Peugeot 605 (all variants) on the road in the UK according to the French Car Critical List 2020 compiled by Petrolblog
