Only been in a couple of cathedrals, Durham, which is just down the road, and York.
Will forever kick myself for not going in to Cologne Dom, magnificent from the outside and allegedly far better in.
Have some photo's of the exterior but all on slides. One day I'll buy a scanner to convert them. Most of my photo's are on slide film.

Went on the roof tour at Salisbury when I was a teenager - very interesting! I was fascinated by the clock that is in there, supposedly the oldest working clock in the world

I'll promote this little contribution from the "Bargain Basement Electric" thread to the POTD thread, to join Chris' car related christmas artwork.

Join in with your own contributions, for a bit of FCF seasonal creativity

I am amazed at that clock, to think that we had that level of mechanical skill and knowledge plus the availability to produce the necessary materials in the 13ths century - mind boggling.

My brother and his wife had one each of those in Australia, they were produced under three different badges, Ford Kia and Mazda.

Just having a virtual drive around Lochearnhead on google street view looking for the garage mentioned by Puxa on the Garages thread and discovered something absolutely fascinating, on a fascination scale of 1-10 this is about 8 :-D (that is in the category of fascination---unbelievable coincidences)

Here it is
