The good old postal codes come up trumps for 73000
You can take your pick from Chambéry in France
Chambéry - Belledonnes (Savoie)

Mueang Nakhon Pathom District in Thailand - this is a photo of a pond in Nong Din Daeng

Phong Phat G [CC BY-SA 3.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0)], via Wikimedia Commons
Or then there's Goražde in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Nice to have a little world tour Bobins!
The Thailand 73000 has its postcode on its postboxes. Not sure if the photographer is already a fully paid up member of the Dull Mens Club, but photographing Post Boxes in Thailand would certainly do no harm to his chances at the selection interview!

I am afraid that Steam Loco 73000 seen masquerading at the Nene Valley Railway with plenty of internet pics is infact 73050, numbered up as 73000 for some reason.

I do like an interesting name. "Phong Phat G" takes a decent picture too.

Watched the Timeshift programme on BBC Four of The last days of the Liners (Series 9 Episode 4)

I liked the livery of the Union Castle Line, ploughing mainly between South Africa and the UK. Lavender Grey Hull, white and red and black funnels.

I thought I had it in the bag. My neighbour slings out loads of bread (for the birds).
04:00 I look out and there is a Hedgehog scoffing the bread with a very unhappy looking cat watching on.
By the time I'd dug the camera out and put the telephoto lens on they were gone
So have a "Superstar" instead.

We have never seen a hedgehog in the 49 years we have been here, something to do with badgers and foxes apparently. Had loads of them when we lived in Kent.

She's back on the road after a short break.
I rebuilt the hole front suspension in that time.
Nearly scrapped it twice ! Almost sold it 5 times. But thanks to the idiot offers from a certain car selling site that changed my mind to get it back on the road.
Its a lovely drive and roomy too.

Is that the foxes badgering the hedgehogs or the hedgehogs outfoxing the badgers do you think Peter?
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

Re: Picture(s) of the day....
Lovely. We saw a couple of very large hedgehogs when we were on holiday in Scotland a few years ago, with no fear of man whatsoever. They were laying on a forest path where the sun had been shining. It was on a private plantation belonging to our hosts and I think it quite likely that they had not seen a human before, they weren't even afraid of the dog!
Mick.
That's probably right - I think.

I like a bit of TinTin, very nice bit of Tongue in Cheek artwork from Herge, appropriate for the OTCL today perhaps
