It's arrived, Stu I think your Valeo was made upside down! Mines the other way up.

Oosh giving me a rod!

I swapped mine myself, as it made sense to have it underneath. Good to see the citroen one is pretty much the same!

You'd never believe what I've just found in my stash...

A genuine Citroen BNIB rear wiper blade!!!! It is a Valeo one but has Citroen written on it...

I've no idea where it came from but it was hiding amongst my stock of wiper blades

Right, heres the big question.

Elmas wiper is positioned how it shows on the box and how i assume citroen fitted them. However, to me it makes more sense the other (my) way, as the wiper follows the water on the upstroke, rather than clearing it on the way down.

What do we reckon?

Also good find jim! I assume valeo were the OEM for the wipers anyway!

Or should we compromise and put them in the middle?

Mines done more harm than good, rear washer barely hits the screen now, worked better using the old wiper as a diffuser. I guess I'm missing a bit, the fun never ends.

Yours has got the tubing on the washer arm hasnt it? Should have a hole at the end of the pipe and one halfway down. Mine didn't hit the screen at all when it had a normal blade on, works a charm with the new one.

I have tubing, I thought it only had an end hole though. I must have the middle hole only. It's nasty here today so I'm not taking the camera out but I'll picture it soon as I suspect a bits missing.
New wiper does a lovely job, much better than pound shop tat it replaced.

Mine has two at least, it was buggered when i bought the car and i blew it out and cleaned up the hole in the spindle. There was what looked like a hole halfway down the wiper arm that i cleared out with a pin, but it could have been one ive made by accident! Either way it works a treat.
