i assume you know that the aircon heater system is the same in both C5 and 407.....

......as is the engine, gearbox etc etc

I just been reading some old posts lol,,having no luck lol me last cars were pugs were 806 405 and 406 loved my old 405 it was just a plain td never had any probs at all

Broken heater flap is common and repair is not cheap :wink: The broken side blows cold air.
More of a problem with the Mk1's I think....still needs check however I agree.
In mine (MK2) the right side has been blowing ONLY Cold for about a month now :evil:
The good part of it is that, right side is the passenger's side here 8-)

That's true. It is an issue with both MK1 and MK2. Also don't skip the 407's.

I'm planning to fix it on my own. Just need some time and warm weather :)
