I've never owned an Alfa - or any Italian vehicle for that matter... Or a German...

But there again I don't consider myself a petrol head.

The only cars I've owned have ben British, French and a couple of Japs - even if one was made in Mumbai!

German, Swedish and French, plus a couple of English and three Japanese.
German was an Opel Kadett.

I thought the Mazda was Korean but turns out it is (was) Japanese.

I had a few Alfas, very nice mechanically but you could literally watch the rust creeping in from day one.. the little Alfa-Sud was a fun car to drive but I never owned one, I did have from time to time Alfettas, GTVs Giulias and Giuliettas.

Some of you may remember my declaration of my favourite owned car ever which I had for 19 years:
The car I enjoyed the most
The car I enjoyed the most
Well I owned that car when my girlfriend was Delores who helped convince me to buy it in the first place. So you can understand why I am in a curious mood today, although you may need to login to see the list of bidders! :-D :

My old mate once described that colour as looking like the face of seasick travellers.
