I'd still struggle to justify spending a couple of hundred quid on that Eric!

I don't think this P6 will climb to the upper thread but I am posting it simply because, IMO, it is the worst choice of time and place to take a set of sales photos that I have ever come across!! You need to view the full gallery in the listing to see what I am getting at :-D

Bits of oddity with that one! Registered as a 2.8 but fitted with the 2.5 turbo.

Is it really a six speed gearbox? I'd have guessed a five speed based on it's age but don't really know much about these at all, maybe they were early adopters of 6 speeds?

Great cars, but very dependant on gearbox, cooling pipe runs and chassis condition.....at that price I would look VERY carefully at it indeed

I never really liked that series of Fords the earlier Zephyrs and Zodiacs were much more stylish.

I must admit I preferred the later ones but then again I enjoyed a few teenage character-forming experiences on one of them ;) :)

Oh that's lovely. The silver isn't my favourite but a very nice car.

I think William has his eye on my green 306, though I'm not sure it'll be alive and kicking in eleven years time!? :-D

When I was a bit older than him, my family owned a lovely B reg mk 2 golf, for some reason they didn't take up my suggestion to keep it in the back garden for about 6-8 years till I could drive in it!

B937WCK = long since disappeared! :(
Looks like this: https://www.ukcardata.co.uk/c/b498uum-1 ... agen-golf/
Don't think had shiny silver wheel caps though - something more like the black plastic "hub cap" things you see on a Berlingo (but obviously VW version of the cap rather than Citroen)

If there is anyone claiming to be a petrol head but without the mandatory Alfa ownership on file, here's your chance!! I'd be very tempted if it had one less pedal but the colour and mileage are very attractive for me!! :-D
