Cliché spotter's well-satisfied with the old chestnut "find another" from Brightwells.
sale listing link here https://www.brightwells.com/timed-sale/5372/lot/627959

Just one lady owner from new and 51,003 miles - find another?

Supplied new by Tanfield Citroen Ltd of Horsham, West Sussex in January 1996 to our elderly lady owner, the has loved her AX ever since covering just 51,003 miles over the last 27 years.

Finished in Garnet Red the car looks to remain in original, unmolested condition inside and out.
What's the AX market like? Bargain Basement? No interest? On offer at No Reserve, the highest bid takes the little gem home. Let's look at the evidence of other AX at auction.

Here's a lovely car, going on sale in Somerset, that would fit into several of our threads, two tone, interior and this one. If the auctioneer has the values correct it could well be a nice first time classic for someone looking to tinker!! I may even have a shy bid myself as long as I can avoid a certain SWMBO finding out :-D

I doubt this offering will remain true to this thread but as an age comparable to Bluebell French hatchback I think it deserves a showing: :-D

That's nice :D Although I must admit to preferring the looks of the Series 1 R5... Mainly because I had one and a much loved one at that :)

White suits it very well 8-)

Agree with you there Ryan, I was referring to it being unlikely that it remains Under 10k! :-D

It ain't 10k worth though, can get a muscle car for that. Since Fast and Furious came out it's all about the muscle

Here's a very practical entry into the classic car world for FCF members, one which might tweak a few memories but will still be usable today: :-D

You might get one of these 504's for under £10 K . You could when Thames Television gave this one the treatment.

504 Random Link No 4

Really this is worth watching for the Thames Television start up little jingle, the presentation style and language, and most of all the row of vans in the background beautifully logo-ed up with "Grimsby Fish". The wise words of the expert from CAV in Acton delivered in a Mr Cholmondley Warner/Grayson style run it a close second.

Since seeing my first Pug 504 I've fallen in love with the shape of it, what a great design, I saw the soft top but the hard top looks just as good. At 50 years old the design is still better than modern day rounded vehicles imo.
