Since I posted that car I have discovered that there are a fair number of other French models in the same sale including a DS and a pair of 2CVs, may be worth a browse: :-D

Further to that comment Jim, one is coming up at auction in Newbury towards the end of the month. Only issue is it's part of a larger lot of model railway stuff but if it fulfils your need the auction house may be happy to split it out and sell it separately. Have a look and see what you think, it is in it's box on top of the Citroen truck back left!!:

In that case there are two more Citroens on the next truck along. They may well be happy to make up a citroen lot and sell it to you direct. I'd think a price around the £30 may seal that deal!! :-D

The Mini goes for a huge price these days so this one will be good to watch. Even basket cases fetch very strong money...

In a good colour too and having a carb is a definite bonus... I'd love it but I know it's way beyond my budget...

Having a proper Mini again is an aspiration of mine and who knows, one day perhaps...

You're not wrong about those prices Jim. This one's slightly over budget but it'll earn you some bragging rights at the next Mini owners club meet-up
