I've just had another scroll through and I spotted something which definitely intrigues me as I don't think it was in the list on my first run through!!:

Time to close this open question - The thing that bugs me is the black mirrors - why not colour code them? - they look so naff in my view!!

Glenmarch have posted up Mathewsons Results from last Saturday's Auction.

Have a look down the list see whats selling for what price? I'll be looking at the wholly impractical 2 stroke Auto Union 1000S see what sort of demand there was for it.

Results here

REgards Neil

PS Yes plenty demand,

The trouble in the classic car world is that everything is driven by passion, and I'm as guilty as the next man, so real "bricks and mortar", or "metal and rubber" if you prefer, values just don't come into it. It's just a case of wanting loads and having what you can afford!! (assuming domestic warfare will allow it :-D ).
In the above mentioned example I'd rather have the Bentley but couldn't afford to run it so I'm left with a practically 0 running cost bubble that I can't afford to buy!! So that's why I have an MX3 :-D

You did get a free trailer with the Heinkel!, the last thing the buyer is going to do with it is drive it :-D
