I hadn't noticed but then I've only ever owned or worked on S1s. But provided all the wiper bits belong to the same Mk., unless you're any authenticy perfectionist, does it matter?

unless you require your number plate to be kept clean :yikes: :eye: :eye: #-o  :-D  :rofl2: :rofl2:
NICE :rofl2:

I had noticed that the rear wiper on my estate parked on the wrong side or opposite side my my previous estate years ago, I thought there was something wrong with my motor.

Quick update.

Thanks many thanks to Old Guy, then part arrived and is fitted, took all of 5 minutes, then I made the decision to re-seal the rear plastic thingy on the hatch to stop the water coming in and filling up the underside of the rear seats which already had 1" of water happily sitting under the seat.

Now all sealed ! SUCCESS =D> =D> but now waiting for the boot carpet to dry out, looks like it could be weeks, the foam underlay was sodden.

Having used the wet & dry vax to remove all traces of water under the seats, I used the washing machine (While the misses was out) to spin the small section of carpet out and then a quick tumble dry. Bingo all done.

Thank once again to you all for the advice and help.
