Some very interesting selections though, but can they be taken into account in the judgement of the winner of the 2017 contest, or should they be deferred to the 2018 contest? The landlord is currently mulling over the decision, but in general favours chance rather than logic in such matters, so it may be down to a toss of a coin!

Looking back some tremendous contributions scratching the surface of "world music". There is so much more to be enjoyed than the stuff we habitually listen to Long may the Pickled Egg push the boundaries!
