I mentioned a blue light in my daughter's C3, made me think of this:-

The Blue Light always brings this to mind for me, it is interesting to see how it developed over the years, the second version, "The Hot Seat" being the main one I remember, and I like the way the editor makes use of the closing titles for his video too!! :-D

"'evenin' all"!

I used to like that but had forgotten that dreadful whistling.

This is a familiar one but a never seen before video for me. They are a local crew but never seen them live although they have performed at the arts centre 100 yards from our previous house.

Spotify popped this up as a suggestion for me a few days back.

Spotify Link - Nuclear by Mike Oldfield

Some very, very, very heavy King Crimson inspiration on that one I think. To the extent that when I first heard it I wondered if it was actually a track of theirs I just hadn't come across. Definitely wouldn't have felt out of place being on the same album as Epitaph in my mind.

Have to say, I like Mike Oldfield and King Crimson, "In The Court Of The Crimson King" especially, and from that "Epitaph" is my favourite.

But didn't like "Nuclear". That voice ruins it.

Another heavy rock track that I've always liked is from one of my top three rock groups: :-D

the guys a lyrical genius, surprised he sung this with no Australian jokes though. Happy 50th Sydney Opera House. Just found this about him, which opened my eyes...
