Couldn't see any, one or two stars but too much haze.
The trouble with the shooting stars is that they're so damned quick you're left wondering if you actually saw one or not :? I doesn't help that they're entirely random in their direction. I did think about setting up my camera with an open shutter - but by the time I've dug it out, charged the batteries, found the tripod and got around to pointing it skywards, the Perseid's will be over and I'll just be in time for the Leonid's :(

This seems the most appropriate one:

I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

It has occurred to me Steve that given your habit referred to on the PE Quiz thread here, this must be your favourite Youtube track? :-D

Listened to the words many times and I still believe the Disturbed version is better, matches the lyrics perfectly Controversial I know

A tender ballad from Sigue Sigue Sputnik. Ready to sing along with Love Missile F1-11?

As I get older I think a lot about the hereafter - I go into a room and then wonder what I'm here after.

Inside every old person is a young person wondering what the hell happened.

Interesting version of Sound of Silence there and on re-listening I realised that the live recording I posted was nowhere near the original arrangement I had in my album collection which was much more like this:
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

I think if someone made an in between version of high pitched and angry version then it would be a winner. I do feel though that the Disturbed version fits the lyrics better
