Re: Pickled Egg Jukebox-Your Selections
Inspired by Neil's POTD pictures I went in search of some music to compliment the images and I found this nicely restful guitar piece:

I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Re: Pickled Egg Jukebox-Your Selections
Caught the back end of a documentary on Kate Bush. This featured, hadn't heard it before, but as ever innovative and interesting. The comments on the vid identified the fine work of Steve Gadd, a drummer who has played with the some of the finest as a go-to session musician including the exacting Becker and Fagan on Aja.
One for the snug after most of the punters have headed for home, a wing back armchair, and crackling log fire.
Regards Neil

Re: Pickled Egg Jukebox-Your Selections
First Aid Kit showed up in the recommendations, a live session from Johanna's home. Surprised and strangely pleased to find that she has a baby now.
Which must have been conceived at around the time the following was done, and the bloke responsible on guitar in the background.
One of the fairly rare songs with Johanna leading.
It has a very sad air about it - a tribute to Roxette's Marie Fredriksson who died a few days before.

As clickbait goes, it would be hard to improve on this.
However, the singer/song is not bad either.
A less clickbaity version with the actual Daisy Grey.

"Fever Ray" is Karin Elisabeth Dreije, Swedish singer/musician/songwriter/producer and general arty-type.
I had her confused with Sugar Ray, who covered the Eno/Cale "Spinning Away". Something completely different.

Re: Pickled Egg Jukebox-Your Selections
I have mentioned in the past that for the most part I find drummers completely superfluous, just sounds like someone rattling cans.
This is different though:
Dancing is completely worthless too, even here.

Re: Pickled Egg Jukebox-Your Selections
I think a smile would come to my face should I ever hear this selected by someone on the Pickled Egg Jukebox, as I sipped a pint of old engine oil...and came to mind with Admiral's garden query
In the genre "never heard that for ages nostaglia"
