I can now make an exception.
Worth noting that she absolutely refuses to lip-synch or ave any electronic aids or enhancements.
Nor does she need them.

Mick in 2015 Steve offered up this insight. Unfortunately all the videos are now removed. But the "she absolutely refuses to lip synch comment suggests to me that all of these vids were of J.Evancho!

I will grudgingly admit that despite the cheesiness.

That is quite spooky!! My Mum's favourite was also Scarlet Ribbons but she went for Jim Reeves' version due to her appreciation of him being very similar to yours of JE Steve!! I should have guessed it would come back to haunt me at some point!!

I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

I remember hearing it for the first time on my 'tranny' while delivering papers and liked it. Probably 13 at the time.

I was listening to the winter playlist and somehow or other I put Samantha Fish in there. One of Steve's ladies of course and best served live and raw my opinion. You probably need to like the blues to appreciate it fully and don't expect gentle and soothing. You'll know the song

Sam is anything but gentle and soothing and all the better for it.
Here's another such, British this time.
I've seen her live, briefly, and she is far better live than on YT. Very, very loud too.

The audience whooping at the start hurt my ears and put me off that and they weren't even plugged in !! Love the Latvian though but not keen on any of the four before her!!

Laura Lace is brilliant, only a student too.
Oddly enough I've been listening to Heart a bit lately and just found that Larkin Poe have done a cover.
Not Anne and Nancy but not bad.
