Of course playing virtual jukebox monopoly, having bagged Mayfair, to extract the maximum rents I need to bag Park Lane before anyone else does and put some hotels up!

And without looking it up, what are these the lyrics to:

"He's the hairy-handed gent who ran amuck in Kent
Lately he's been overheard in Mayfair
Better stay away from him
He'll rip your lungs out, Jim
I'd like to meet his tailor"

and it is from the Alan Parsons Project with John Miles on vocals for this track

Now this will bring a smile to the Pickled Egg punters when it comes on the jukebox.

But it does claim Piccadilly in the lyrics of course!

"I gotta go to Piccadilly gotta Piccadilly of a day to do it on"

Seamlessly from the Alan Parsons Project to Des O'Connor, only at the Pickled Egg :-D

One of Jethro Tull's bags Leicester Square

And a bit early for Christmas but at least it bags Coventry Street and the difficult to see yellow group are all claimed!
Not as gentle and melodic as some versions but interesting.
