I would say 100% head gasket - or a crack somewhere. I should take all the printouts from the forum with you.

Dear all who followed this.
Peugeot South Africa got involved and the result is that the dealer who issued the warranty and PSA replaced the engine.
The car is with them since January. It too for ever to drag gaskets etc out of the dealer.
Then the dealership where my car changed owners, the mechanic resigned, the manager resigned and fortunately the mechanic came back. The new management are very helpful. They hope to finish within in July 2015.
Some more info about the damage: Both Turbos wee ruined. One of them was new when I bought the car and is replaced under the "new parts" warranty. The other is for my account. I could not convince them that the engine overheating resulted in both turbo's being overcooked or damaged. They do not agree, or do conveniently do not want to agree. Now I must pay for a turbo.
I will report when I have the car again.
In the meantime I bought a FORD to have transport :)

Sorry for you man, what a story. That's a terrible way to experience ownership.
