usually if there is air in the brake circuit the pedal will either pulse under light foot pressure,
or you will not have any brakes on the first part of the pedal travel, and they will lock up on the second part of the pedal travel,
to the uninitiated it will feel like the brakes are way tooooo sharp, but this will be as there is no response on the first part of the pedal travel
