You could be right because nothing apart from the doors, and modified wings and bonnet look remotely 2cv-like

dont know about the 5 stud rums but there is a company called Hoffmann, they make a kit for the dersh ( 2CV )

There was a black Hoffman convertible on ebay recently,
Nice idea but just not quite suited IMO.
