Nope and interesting.....but it is a man made "product" used extensively, most people could have and example of it.
Hint: there is also a reason for the "line" on the right side of the image.

Correct....
The foil use in packaging, such a butter/marge tubs etc, the line being the adhesive....allows for machine manipulation (grip) etc

That very good Mick, and again, I probably wouldn't have got that myself had someone put the same picture up. I dont think google image search or bing image search comes up with the right answer from that picture, so didnt expect a quick solving without further clues. Yes its a Subaru 360 Kei Car. The first mass production vehicle from Subaru between 1958 and 1971 according to wiki with 392,000 being produced.
