Egypt, not 100% sure where as I thought the older smaller pyramids were further south than the big 3

Relax. No onerous reading to do today, apart from the words Lambert and Butler's Cigarettes, Pyramids of Giza..."Empire Air Routes" 1930 series issued in 1936 number 14 of 50; just a nice period image to view. :-D

:-D A return visit for me! I stood in the exact spot 30 years ago and likely rode on that exact camel

It was the only time I ever rode on the back of a camel and I cannot recommend it. They're miserable creatures and truly have the hump in more ways than one - or two...

That said, seeing the pyramids close-up was magical and unforgettable... Bucket-list stuff...

Egypt generally, Cairo especially, was interesting and memorable for many reasons and unfortunately none of them very good, except the pyramids and museum. I think possibly the worst trip of my career... And to top it all off, Robyn took her first steps whilst I was away and I missed it. I flew into Cairo from Khartoum and Sudan was a great experience. Sadly, I doubt a visit to Khartoum would be very good these days :(

Tesla Model X can have that spec of tyre size, and I guess the foam is for noise reduction or puncture resistance.

Noise reduction would make sense as there is no engine to hide the road noise
