Tried a lot of them and usually find them wanting.
DDG was the default with one browser. Not sure which now though.
Yahoo! is usually the default with Linux. Mint anyway. First thing is to bin it and opt for the G***** one.
I have Lycos and Ixquick too but rarely bother with them.
Used Dogpile for a while but again, easier and better with the G- one.
