Yes your stations have slipped through the net so far. I don't have my laptop at the moment and research on the phone is a pain so I'll give that a go in the morning.
As to my notice the initial clue is that I took the picture today on a day out!! :-D

I am guessing the bridge/bridges are where the east coast main line crosses the Great Ouse
Trent may a bit further up than day out from Hertford territory

Yes misinterpreted that answer and went on a Trent tangent, I think you have been up to Peterborough and the River it crosses is the Nene.

That's an NSU Ro80... Last year at a local car show I have a great chat with an old boy who had owned his since new and still had it's original Wankel engine in it...

He had rebuilt it 10 times or so...

Not the first time our CitroJim has successfully identified an RO80, back in 2017 only a wheel and a bit of the rear quarter was enough :-D

Impressed is the word of the day! Particularly if you got it from the wheel alone :-D

Carsmithing of the first order Jim.

here it is in all its glory, made it with its wankel from Germany to Northumberland. I was going to put up its German Plates as a clue but just as I was about to post it up I realised the plate was TO R0 80 H.
