One of the areas on the M6 had the restaurant on the bridge but the last time I was there it was a Burger King/McDonalds servery on the bridge with random seating. I think I'm talking about Keele but it may be the next one up!!

Strensham services were on both sides of the M5 when it was first built with a connecting bridge across the motorway. The northbound services were more of a truck stop, I used to park that side and cross the bridge to the other one. When the M50 was built the northbound side was demolished and moved a couple of miles up the road.
