Obviously a tricky one but to get me started but maybe you could get me started with

no details about the car but

1 did you know what it was before the cover came off? and

2. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being totally uninteresting to 10 being really interesting
how interesting was the car when the cover came off?.

I'll have a first guess without research though

SAAB convertible would have to look up the numbers but a long one!

2. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being totally uninteresting to 10 being really interesting
how interesting was the car when the cover came off?. 1 would put it in the 7-8 bracket! but it does depend on general likes and dislikes

I;ve just been looking at a red one of those which took part in the classic car rally at Bembridge Sailing Club on the Isle of Wight so you may be in with a shout there! Wrong wheels I guess!

The Isle of Wight Classic Car Club was originally formed at Bembridge Airport which is where I think out intrepid flyers landed on the I.o.W :-D If the car is 7 or 8 on the interesting scale its going to turn up at a local rally!

Well there are a fair amount of examples of the AACIoW and their various shows but I havent yet pulled out what I imagine the wheels are which are popping out of the cover. Seems like most of the cars at the shows have far better wheels than your example.

I presume you took a photo with the cover off...how about a wheel in all its glory and a tiny bit of colour!

As it happens I didn't take one because the cover didn't come off!! The owner told me what the car was and showed me a picture on his pendant so I know the colour. Now I have found a stock picture of the right car and colour but it has the wrong wheels so here is a clip of that one:
