The glare from the rear end may be a touch irritating, if you pulled up behind it at traffic lights.

The two 2X3 'lights' are more likely to be cooling vents for the reactor.

I have heard that the Citroen C4 may have something interesting to offer in the tail-light department

The new version of the C4 GP seems to have lost the large distinctive lights, and has now gone for a smaller look!

Talking of awful looking Citroens the front of the latest C1 looks like it was designed over the phone, a total mess.

Is it the "eyebrows" which are not to everyone's taste?

I can't say the front of the C1 I have is the most alluring I've ever seen. The earlier ones before the so-called facelift looked better but not good.

I understand the C1 is the best looker of the new C1/107/Aygo family. The Aygo is rather hideous...

Look-see here

Someone had clearly fun'd themselves just a bit to much there...

It just looks far too busy and cluttered, when I first saw photo's I thought maybe it looks better in the flesh but unfortunately that isn't the case, on my way back from North Devon this afternoon I passed the Peugeot version and found it far more attractive to the eye.

They seem to have lost the purity of the original like mine. Mine is the base model and so base it doesn't have electric windows, central locking, aircon and a host of other things nowadays considered standard even in a poverty-spec car. less to go wrong!

Therein lies it's charm :-D

What it does have is good, works well and the car itself is excellent in all respects. It does the job of being a functional car superbly.

I love it to bits...

That was the appeal of my 107 urban lite too Jim. Although I would rather of had a C1 for looks as I hated the huge egg crate grill and the chromed plastic "bumper" of my 09 reg car.
