The sort of singing voice that prompts the FF button!!

A supplementary question worth 10 points is What is the connection between James Ellis, Elton John and Mike Parry?

Let's manufacture one....

James Ellis was in Z-Cars, I presume Parry is an Everton Supporter, I presume Elton John is a Watford Supporter and both teams run out to the Z-Cars theme.

I believe Workington Reds first ran out to Z Cars in 62/63. KenFurphy was Manager then and took it with him to Watford in 1964.

A well earned but measly 10 points for that. I love the quote too!! Out of interest Everton adopted the Z-Cars theme after winning the title in 63 I think it was. Then Bill McGarry managing Watford at the time adopted it in 63-4-5 because he liked it!!

There appear to be conflicting views about the theme so just for clarity obscurity:

Who knows? :-D

Best songs that sports teams run out to over at the Pickled Egg? Sunderland run out to one of the most menacing and dramatic, and awesome not usually adjectives used to describe their football :-D but I'll put it first....

I was driving my car with a client in it, a huge black cats supporter and as the next track came on the CD he shouted out "They're playing our song".
I was rather taken aback and startled at the same time. I had no idea that they had adopted that as there theme tune. A huge disappointment to link that with wendyball.

A story on the BBC website about a driver stopped by police who had a dumbbell holding the engine's intake manifold in position. It looks like a PSA engine - so just going by the photo, what's the engine and what's the car ?

Is this a communal solve or have you worked it out Bobins? Looks in the reasonably impossible category to me.

There is a bit more, but the orange air intake hose unlikely to help. There is nothing I can find in the story mentions the make model. It uses torx headed bolts which are all over Vauxhalls, but do you think/know its a "traditional" PSA marque engine :?:

I don't know the answer, but I'm pretty sure it's a PSA diseasel - and looking at your latest posting, yes - a 2.0Hdi :)
