YES!! Another Activa has tried to rise from the grave (and it looks like it has succeeded)! Now all it has to do is to rise from the ground!

Well, now let her really get off the ground and fly, the way she was meant to.

She may not be ready YET, but she will fly! All you need to do is believe (alright, and persevere)!

Hope you don't still have your 'Jim'jams on Jim, you have taken them off since the weekend, yes? (Malcolm :lolsign: ... )
OOOH! You are asking for him to come around and demonstrate what he does while wearing his dogi! Just have plenty of firewood available for him to turn into kindling!

It cannot be Jim. As far as I am aware he (and you) don't like tobacco products, so he wouldn't chew baccy!

Have to really. They're white. Can you image the mess they'd be in by now! Oil stains are hard to remove from them

Mike, pictures taken but run out of time to put them on the webserver today. I'll try tomorrow.

Anyway,

Contact KingAS at info(at)elastomer.eu

His proper name is Irmantas and he's very helpful. I can tell you now he'll ask 75 Euros + VAT for each one. You pay outgoing freight and he pays it on his despatch back to you.

I got 4 despatched to him using ParcelToGo for £31..

New ones for a Xantia may still just work out cheaper after VAT, carriage and exchange rates are taken into account.

All up, the four we had done cost £370 all-in with carriage..

I believe V6 struts have a bigger hole, because the cylinder that goes into the strut is a bit thicker...

Activa is 17mm with 10mm (Hydractive) pipework Mike...

The V6 ones are unique to the V6 which makes them rather valuable..

Didn't realise Xantia tops were now NFP :o

It's unusual for the ram pipes to be bad Mike. They are thick metal but yes, hellishly difficult to remove; they really are buried. Looks like the ram pipes were the second thing to be fitted after the heater matrix when he car was built...
