Going through the wars mate.
Airparks service was excellent by the way. All on time and hassle free.

I wouldn't expect anything else from airpark. I hope I get the same level of service from pedigreed cars. I'll just have to wait and see.

Never used them. Are they in Forres? I use Ness motors. Hope they can sort the problem with the car.

They have had the car for two full days and not even looked at it yet. Not really good service when they don't touch a breakdown, I realise they will have stuff booked it but would have thought that they would have had a look at the breakdown.

Thats a week since the C2 got towed away, and no phone calls from Pedigreed Cars yet. I have just phoned them, and they have not looked at it yet. I know they might be busy, but not to even look at a breakdown for a week is, in my opinion absolutely pathetic. Away to call the AA as i'm sure they should help, and maybe an e-mail to Citroen UK, as a long time citroen owner this does not give me any confidence in their dealer network.

I would be tempted to email the manager and say you will be contacting Citroen about the service you are getting from Pedigreed cars. That's truly awful service. I know it's difficult, because they have your car, and there's not a lot of choice locally. Unless you want to travel to Inverness, you have to use Pedigreed.

It gets worse. Go onto CitroenUK site, get to contact us, click get a form, start filing it in and describing the problem, it comes down to a bit to select Citroen dealer and find out that there are no scottish dealers listed, and the form will not send without a dealer selected. I had to select a random dealer, then added in my description of the fault that Scotland has not voted for independence YET

I wouldn't arse about with forms. Ring Head Office in Slough direct and shovel as much s**t as you can onto the dealer. Abysmal service.

Excellent. That should get them moving. Are you/were you a CCC member? They might like to hear that too... and that it's here, on the FCF, and anywhere else you can think of... sods. Deserve everything they get.

This is one good use of "social media" ( I hate that phrase). Not long ago I bought a refurb laptop from PCW, with an unlicensed version of Win8 on it. They didn't like me posting that on (-expletive removed-), oh no siree they did not. Sorted in about half an hour.

I think you should prime a few people who aren't busy tomorrow with decent replies you'd want to see to your messages, and tell them when yoh are posting and when to reply it can all get a bit too much for poor old Citroën quite quickly. .
