do u reakon the 92bhp is tmic and 110 is bosch with fmic?

92bhp is about right for a standard 1.9TD with tmic, apparently they can be squeezed to 120 with just pump and turbo adjustments.

A fmic will help cool the charge air a little more so both pump and turbo can be pushed a little further.

The main power gain I noticed from tuning the pump and turbo was in the lower rev range (bellow 3.5K), it pulls a lot harder.

yea ive read that forboth tmic and fmic
i think first thing im gona do is try and make a proper smooth air channel in place of the carpet...metal adaptation of the carpet it might also help with cooling as metal will get cold quicker then fabric when air is traveling over it
does this sound a good idea to you?

on the underside of the bonnet on the tmic there is a carpet?fabric liner which is used for sound deadning as normal cars except on theses there is an air channnel formed inside the carpet to give the intercooler air...however i think it will harbour heat more than a proper duct

I was always a bit suspect as to how much air made it to the intercooler with this ducting.
On the 405 there is no clear path from the front grill to the duct, I often thought about one of those Subarue type bonnet scoops, until my sense of taste got the bettor of me.

yeah it dont convince me either! really that sounds crazy! im thinking of making sure thats moddified with some stanly blades lol!
haha wellive seen a couplei like just incase but they go into the bonnet and would need the bonnet brace cutting which might bot be a good idea however a verry slimline one i would go for if i enjoy this car and wana keep it then il prob go ott on it as its a p1 and im just hopeing i can get my xantia seats in it lmao!

well picked up the car today..took it straight to mot and she passed!! getting board of waiting for 3000k to come wen the turbo finalyy kicks in lol!!
had no heater so made a temp live for now as the car was very damp so all good underneath was also in better condision then my xantia!!
well gona mess bout with her morrow now so should have some more probs to tell lol!!

well i must say this car is great!! never had one before and im totally sold...goes well handles well really good suspension concidering ive had nothing but xantias for a long time!! nice simple car with little to go wrong! just wish it had chevrons on the front/back should be called a phatsaxo lol

bloddy heater matrix gone today absolutly pissing out!!
gona have to bypass it for now as mrs STILL hasnt had baby...it went on way to hospital today any tips on doing it?

You might also want to get some Forte Cooling System Stop Leak. IIRC Valeo recommend it to ensure the replacement unit doesn't leak (again, IIRC, they insist upon it for the guarantee to be valid). I am going from memory from what I have read on the forum.
