looking at ur bottom pic that arm..does it have a rubber mount on the back too?
how was getting the old one off in situ?

I couldn't get the arm fully out, so I'm not sure if it's rubber at the back. I didn't think about it, but the arm did have a bit of play with the back bolt done up tight so it could possibly be on a bushing.

Getting the mount off is a bit of a pain, I ended up leaving a heat gun on it until the rubber started bubbling, then knocked it through with a large socket. Then it was just getting a hacksaw through the pressed insert the rubber was bonded to. Maybe an hours work. I'll report back if the mount beds in, if it does then this is a worthwhile mod to stiffen up the front.

yeah deffo!
its the same with top mount too..
torque bar from engine to chassis there rubber on both ends..
i would have a look as then u know its really tight and it might improve ur idle vibration
only take seconds to get off now lol!
