If the connector is like mine, you won't be able to (unless you slightly modify the plastic slide on the bottom - cut it or grind it; which is of a different shape than the doser counterpart - to prevent from connecting obviously)

Yep, that's a double alright ... could you take a photo of the left connector (inner plastic color) and the connect location of the 2nd (left) vacuum pipe, where does it lead to on the engine (if it's somewhat accessible, don't bother if it is below or in the back)?
Hi vb et al.. that and the other vac pipe go over the top left of engine right above cam sprocket .then to some devices on the rear right upper head..

Both connectors are identical 3 pins with yellow inserts

May have a pic later

I believe the rear right that you're talking about is the second "doser", an electronic air intake valve, don't know the exact english phrase for it ... that should come after the turbo compressor.

So, we're getting somewhere (finally the weather is getting nicer, so one can be outside for hours for a change) regarding the TPMS, here's what I currently have:
e_IMAG00414032_zpsgw92psnc.jpg
After fitting it per the schematics, and a DiagBox session, the car can talk to the TPMS system. Now, the next step is the antenna (which I already have, of course) - I need to obtain the genuine connector, that will take me a while. I've managed to receive a used TPMS sensor for testing, it should be pairable without the exciter (by inputting the sensors ID tag that's printed on it) via DiagBox ... will get to it later I get the antenna and TPMS together.

The tow bar ECU is connected, and the socket temporarily bolted below the bumper for testing if it actually works with trailers (if it won't, no sense obtaining the trailer, right ... :D ) ... configured with DiagBox, and everything should be set.

Sadly, the parking lines device I've ordered came in dead, and I'll have to return it (and probably drop the project altogether) ... on another note, I nearly gave into temptation of replacing my car for another ... still lingering

I know, but if you think proportionally, the engine has 2x the power, with 2x more CO2 ... so, that's like getting an additional C5 ... :D ... don't know if you've ever driven one (or that engine at least), but that's a fun factor right there ... true, I've already made "preparations" to see which nav unit I could get to replace the current one, get a different front grill, tow-bar, etc ... :D

I don't know ... I realize that the gas consumption would be double of what I currently have, but the road tax and car insurance aren't that much expensive (50 GBP more per year than what I'm currently paying) ... but that's only if it happens

A bit of a surprise today while driving ...regarding the TPMS system, I'm still at the phase where the TPMS ECU is connected and programmed to the BSI (no antenna connected to it, yet, and no TPMS valves) .. during the drive today, out of nowhere, a SERVICE message appeared, informing me that the tyre pressure(s) aren't monitored, and then a separate message for each wheel ... after connecting the TPMS ECU to the car, I did some 1000kms (intentionally leaving the half-finished job to see what the car will think about that ... :D ) ... now, since the TPMS was properly configured, I could get the related page while pressing the CHECK button ... and I'd get the not monitored error, but nothing else ... now, I get the not monitored error and all 4 wheels as separate error messages afterwards ... I think the car is now ready for the next phase . the antenna, and getting the TPMS valves ... :D

And, I'm still contemplating the car replacement/change ... :)

I get that same error after 40-50km when driving with my winter tyres (without sensors) and TPMS activated. It is pretty annoying to drive in the dark with this because the service light stays in the dash....

Btw. how complicated it would be to add sensors to winter tyres?

The TPMS system allows for 8 sensors (or 9 - spare, not sure exactly) to be registered to the car at a time ... the sensors can be added (haven't tested it for myself) to the car without the 433 MHz activator/exciter ... you just need to input the sensor's ID (printed on the sensor) and add it to a slot ... the car should do the rest in time (it takes a while for the sensors to activate themselves during the drive), and then the positions get stored as well (I don't know how this should actually work, but I'll try it for myself once I get the antenna connectors and a TPMS valve - I actually obtained one temporarily for testing purposes) ...

I'm wondering, by which Citroen logic, my half competed TPMS decided NOW is the time to start working properly ... what took it so long ... :D

I had TPMS unactivated during winter, and when I activated it after changing to summer tyres, it took only couple of kilometers after it worked properly.
