Once it's sorted and you drive it back from Jams and a few trips without it flinching you'll fall back into it :)

Who mentioned food?

Seriously I love the car, but, can I justify having 3 cars, probably not, but what the hell.....

I'll happily feed you Steve

I've got three cars and can't justify having that many at all but they do occupy their own niche in my life. Daily driver, fun and long-distance...

Maybe yours can too. I can see the Xantia as daily, the Pug as fun and the C6 as long-distance...

There, sorted and justified  8-)

Maybe Jim, bit don't forget the Pug is getting gas, which could make it an immense daily, then what do I do with the Xantia?

Well, what a parlava, I have spoken to umpteen companies the majority of who said "No, sorry sir, it's not a classic"  idiots......

Any way spoke to Lockwoods from the Citroenian, "Yes, Mr Welsh we can certainly do that for you" couldn't have been more helpful, the price I've been given is less than half the price quoted on a comparison site based in Lland of wherever...

So it looks like the Xantia is staying for the moment.... #-o

Now all you need to do is to find a decent sized barn to store and maintain them in!

Yeah! The only thing I forgot to order was the droplinks, I've got a rattle on the OSF which I suspect will be the droplinks, never mind I can order them another time....

There's a guy in Wiltshire got a set of OEM ones for £20 at the moment [-o< I've got my eye on, but the bidding doesn't finish for a couple of days....... I did think about cheapies, but these one's were put on less than 12 months ago, and I don't want to keep repeating the job [-X so I'll hold off, It's one of the few jobs I can actually do myself

I double checked the drop links I had my eye on and they are the wrong ones, not that I'm overly concerned, although the rattle is getting worse. At least it's something I can do with out to much trouble......... I know, famous last words.....

Jim, I got to thinking today, if we exchange the current ECU for the one you have, will the original one still keep its current configuration? I ask because I'm wondering whether to bring the original one back with me on Sunday and swap them back if it goes again?...... just thinking out loud.....

The cruise control issue could be related to the brake pedal, Paul reminded me the other day that we did have some trouble with that in the past.....
