Richard, are you sure you don't mean Vista 32bit?

5 and 6 will work on Win 2000 with a small tweak see here > http://www.frenchcarforum.co.uk/forum/v ... 50#p374016" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; , figuring the tweak out as there's two versions of the dll floating around in the iso was the annoying part as it only failed near the end. 7 Will not (despite what I said in a previous topic) although I do have a messy solution to that but its so fiddly its easier to use 6 or 7 if you really wanted to run 2K

5,6 and 7 will work on 32 bit XP (I've not actually tried XP64 although not many people have it)

6 and 7 will work on Win7 32 (5 untested although I do not see any reason why not) so that means they would work on Vista too I guess as you found out.

I might look into the 64 bit concern although I suspect it will be too difficult and time consuming to find never mind rectify.
Andy.

I believe that Ben82 has already identified what the issue is with 64 bit versions of windows in another thread - The Lexia app (not Diagbox) is a 16 bit application, and 64 bit windows is unable to run 16 bit code. I think its as simple as that. Unless Citroen update the Lexia app to 32 bit code its not going to work on 64 bit windows without a VM.

On the other hand I believe the Lexia app is written in an interpreted scripting language of some sort, so it will only be the interpreter which is 16 bit code. I'm not sure if the interpreter is a custom thing written by PSA or some more general scripting environment that it might be possible to find a 32 bit interpreter for. Its most likely far more effort than its worth to peruse this though, rather than just using a VM, as most machines running 64 bit versions of windows are powerful enough to run a VM.
