Sticky rear height corrector linkage and/or the manual override linkage to the rear height corrector is out of adjustment. (nothing to do with Hydractive) Mine does the same sort of thing. Another symptom is that you'll find you can't bleed the rear brakes with the wheels hanging above the ground even if the height lever is set to maximum.

As long as the ride height is correct and adjusts itself properly with the wheels on the ground I wouldn't be too concerned about it, if you really want to rectify it you'll need to free up the rear height corrector linkage and check the manual override adjustment is centred properly in the slot.
