How later, what year, as there's no mention of it above....mine's an 03 and was told it had it

Mine's an O3 too and hasn't, nor did the '52.
The 'German' edition has - some of them anyway.

Just the mk3 or whatever it's called. And only on exclusives I think. It's good for OCD as you know if the key is in your hand, the handbrake must be on (unless you turn off auto handbrake but I can't find where to do that to see what it affects)
