It's normal for any Citroen to have a at least one minor fault present all the time Fake.. It's the law!

I love how the tacho turns red when you start having fun with it :-D

O by the way, the rubber flap you asked about sits under the wing on mine.

Oh well, I've been illegal for most of my Citroen ownership!

Thanks for having a look, Davie, I wonder if Franklin's will be the other way or not.

This is true...!

All joking aside I hope you get to the bottom of the radiator fan and find out why...

That does sound a bizarre one with the rear light - perhaps time to upgrade to facelift lights...!

Quick update, I just got the new out C4 Haynes manual £13.75 with free P&P a bargain. It doesn't cover the VTS, but all the shared parts make it very useful.

Image

On Saturday went to the Isle of Wight for a friends 50th party, so a rapid drive to Portsmouth to catch the ferry.

Image

Saw a really nice black, French registered C6, but didn't get a picture.

A bit misty but fantastic view on the ferry.

Image

Had a lovely time & the venue of the party had a stunning view as well.

Image

I won't post any pics of my friends engaged in unseemly behaviour!

Caught the 1AM ferry back & shared with nice A reg 924 on a trailer & an MG ZT in front & a Rover 75 behind.

That's great news Peter.

Looking good on the ferry, especially with those exhausts too... 8-)

Drove up to Manchester yesterday (285 miles each way) to get some bits from a C4owners member who's putting his car back to standard to sell it. Just a teaser atm as I need to take some proper photos.

Black with Black wheels - perfect! 8-)

I'm very interested to see what they are going to look like on your car Peter as although I've seen a few C4s with those particular wheels on they have not been black cars...

From that teaser, and the other on C4Owners I reckon they are going to look great. Just need some stickers now...

If we can get the three Black C4s that all look slightly modified (even if mine is standard...!) to the National that'll be some sight...! 8-)

This is going to make me want black wheels now! And I've just gone and spent my new wheels pot on the old van for a runner and the rest will be on a house! And I got a 5th genuine alloy with a new tyre for a spare last week. Bargain too at £55 delivered. I'm not far from needing front tyres, so thats one, only need to buy one more now. I think it will look good. Changing wheels always makes a difference.

I agree black wheels look great on a black car, I was intending to paint the Resolfens , but when these came up, I had to have them. It looks very similar to yours now. When I get a chance to clean it I'll take some photos, its raining now. Looking really dirty as went to pick up my sister from Heathrow (she lives in New Zealand) yesterday in the rain. The traffic was awfull on the M25, took 3 hours 20 mins each direction for 90 miles from my mothers house. I will definately try to get to the nationals and I believe Davie has already booked.
What stickers should I have? Want subtle or nothing!

Why don't you paint the Resolfens black? A little while ago i put a link to a black VTS with them painted black. I would like a matching spare, nothing on ebay ATM though. Yours was a bargain at that price. As you say it makes a big difference to the look, also turn in is much quicker! The ride isn't much different despite lower profile tyres.
