Yes Peter, that is my old house that had to go when my marriage went. Still miss that house, but it would be far too big for me now so better off where I am now.

Its used to the cold in northern scotland, and is now too hot so gets breathless and has to slow down.

I guess it's an electrovalve and oil pressure is used to activate the VVT?

Update! I was hoping to do another video 0-60, but not had a chance. Having driven it around for a bit now I can say that it does feel like a VTS should, but it's not so much how well it goes now, more how it kept feeling flat before-if you see what I mean!
Old one was a bit of a pig to get out due to access
Came out with a bit of help from some waterpump pliers (never been used on any waterpump)
