Spotted this (presumed derelict) Pug 106 GTi whilst out for a walk with Robyn and Autumn this afternoon...

Three for one in the picture: a favourite colour and an old petrol pump in addition to what is a very desirable car... I'll copy the picture into the appropriate threads :)

Thread splattering should be compulsory Jim! Serves the additional purpose of unless you are a regular and long term user, the casual dipper-in doesn't realise some of the best threads on the FCF exist if they aren't given a regular bump up the active topics list.

So I'm off to add to favourite colours for cars with a couple of snaps from yesterday!

On the way back from Amesbury I spotted a deep bronze Citroen SM on the A303 westbound between Barton Stacy and Andover around 09:30. As I was heading east there was no chance to take a photo.

Later on the same day (I was at Rownham Services) I spotted this lovely looking BX.

An everyday spot for some FCF Members maybe, but in general an even rarer spot for me than a Renault Wind :-D

This one is in the category as per the longstanding thread title...other French Stuff.

My dalliance with the Citroen Xsara picasso was all too brief, 5,000 miles before it sucked up a little too much floodwater and expired prematurely. Found it a very good car, excellent visibility driving position and comfort and with the seats out a copious van.

Parked next to a beige one today, with a bit of chrome highlight , and a splash of the white stuff on the tailgate.

The Xsara Picasso has disappeared at an amazing rate... Once you could find one on every street but now, quite a rare sighting...

Seeing them at Citroen rallies mean they're starting to get an enthusiast following and that's good. A proper iconic Citroen... The car that could be anything you wanted it to be...
