Just a couple quick pics. Don't know when I will give it a me clean due to my health. I'll need to wait for a bit more warmth, that will be the 7th of August then.

It almost makes the 107 look big and I think my fiesta has turned into a transit [emoji1]

Especially if you have a few sheets of wood onto the roof, and turn into a strong wind!

I would doubt that I will ever drive it that hard. I will pass on the advice to Shaun as I dare say he will partake in a bit of harder cornering than me.

Davie, let us know what shows as I'd both like to see you again and I'd love to see the 205 and rekindle some fond memories...

I have no real idea yet Jim. There is a few local classic shows locally all summer which I will go to. I don't know about long distance for me, at the moment I would struggle to drive 100 miles besides 500 there and back.

It's totally standard, apart from the radio which is upgraded to a cd player. And that is how it's staying.

Well there is not much good luck in this household. My fiesta is in the process of getting it's injector seals done, not by me, it's too fiddly and filthy a job for me to do so I decided to try another garage. I can't find one I trust since the one I did use closed down. It seemed a good idea to get it done before the mot on the 205 is done in a few weeks. The 107 is in for mot on monday, not expecting any issues there. However we are now down to one working car. Shaun has just phoned. The 205 has broken. The exact same as happened to the old escort. The bolt holding the pulley to the camshaft has snapped. Got off with it in the old ford, no damaged valves as it happened at idling speed. This one happened at 70 which is near 4000 revs. It sounds like the end of the engine to me. Cylinder head needs off for a lookie. I think citrojim should hurry up with his v6 activa so I can get a tct 205!

Gosh, sorry to hear that Davie

The 205 may not be as bad as you think... The valves don't bend as they hit the piston at 90 degrees and often the cam stays in one piece because there's 5 carriers.. The XUD ones often break because it only has three carriers.

I'm afraid it's going to be a while yet before my TCT engine is ready but we may be able to source you another
