Thanks guys. It's such a difference, I would almost say a miracle. The price of this equipment and ops is in excess of £22,000. Worth every penny.

Who cares, as long as it's working? Well pleased for you Davie. I hope it continues to do the business.

I've paid more than that by quite a bit in tax and insurance so I'm nae caring. Too early to say if ill get back to work or no, but at least it's now a possibility. Even part time, it's wait and see.

I'M BORED!!!!!! It's a lovely day out, I am for the first time in 2&1/2 years totally free of pain. The grass needs cut. The car needs cleaning. House windows need cleaning. My bedroom needs decorated. Plenty to do, I feel good to do them but not allowed to do a thing for another 4 weeks. I'm fed up of old top gears and Jeremy Kyle. I am not jeopardising this spinal stimulator so I just have to sit on my butt and behave. :-/

Get yourself an Xbox and a couple of the Guitar Hero games! Once you are allowed, you could then get a Kinect motion sensor unit and start doing activity games without holding onto a silly controller.

There's all that xbox stuff upstairs in Shaun's bedroom, but you never know what else there is in there when you can't see the floor! Speaking of him he has bought a puma 1.7 for fun, he's away to sell his fiesta then look for a fuel miser for his work. His puma is a nice motor, black with black leather, 65000 miles slightly tweaked y-reg for £550 with 6 months test and bubbling wheel arches. He's happy I suppose.

Just put Mint on a mates computer, to replace a trashed Win 7 as his new Win 8 machine is driving him crazy.
Absolutely loves it, amazed at the speed and ease of use.

Pumas are fantastic. That's a bargain for one with leather and low miles. With the arches done right it'll be worth more than double what he paid. Driven reasonably they'll do well over 40mpg too. Being extreme when we were really skint, I once managed 56mpg out of ours!

I've not been in it yet, it won't be insured and taxed til the fiesta sells. I can guarantee one thing though, it will not be driven carefully. Shaun has two speeds, stopped our flat out!

Is the reason he stopped because he hit something?

My cousin Bob had an X reg. Puma. Very agile, very quick acceleration, and ideal around the West Sussex country lanes.

The trial of this equipment is over. In to hospital at 11am to get the real article implanted. I'm so impressed by what the trial has done I hope the real one continues to do it. No car news other than it is absolutely filthy. It will stay filthy until I can wash it myself, I have never used a drive through, and not starting now.

Wait I do have car news, not french though, in fact I may get banned for swearing. I got a go of a mates 7 series BMW with a 4.4 V8 auto under the bonnet and every bell and whistle inside it last night. For me, who hates BMW's, I was so impressed. I suppose that's a real car though unlike their poxy 1 and 3 series buckets.
