It looks like not a lot left to do. All coolant hoses to connect, wiring loom to connect, headlights and front bumper to refit and she should be good to go. I just went over to the workshop to have a nose, no spanners in my hands for this job. Bad enough that I would have got the soles of my trainers dirty :rofl2:

Well, you won't need to bugger about with Lexia to diagnose that!

I may have washed Gabby with a powerhose and now have a largely lacquer free bonnet, top of bootlid, and window frames. Ooooopppssssssiiiee. I may also have done this in someone elses drive so I wont be finding bits of dead lacquer in mine for months. Double ooooopppssssssiiiee!

Have to admit to having laughed rather a lot at that.

...I'm *still* finding bits of the bloody stuff here to this day!

It actually looks much better without any lacquer on the bonnet rather than the patchy mess it was. At least the bonnet is a uniform sort of colour now lol

Yep - that's precisely why I attacked the roof.

Plus it was hugely satisfying watching bits of clearcoat pinging off in all directions.

Bigpug is still not running properly yet Mark. It is all back together again, I did get her going but she was not running properly. She was suffering all sorts of weird electrical stuff, but the battery, although not old was very run down so I swapped it with Gabby, the same size and rating of better. She did run with this, but still not very well although there is no weird electrical stuff happening. I really should go do another Lexia session to see what codes it is saying now to see if I, or someone here can diagnose it. I haven't been too well since before Christmas, there has been very little to no motivation to see to it, especially as Gabby is running so well as is lilpug. I am not really missing bigpug at all, in fact I am seriously considering fixing it and moving it on.
