Glucose tablets to provide the energy to get into those virtually inaccesable places when dismantling and something to aid the memory on reassembly. A camera possibly.

The only problem with the Red Bull school of engineering is that you very quickly end up with a load of bits and you can't work where they're from or how they go together again. Doh!
Best way to do it is to get the car indoors in a nice warm garage, no hot drinks required!
