Fuel filter a brand new one when I did the injectors and pump etc.

I thought today, would it be the throttle sensor, as its only on the SECOND half of the throttle travel prehaps??

Theres three pins to the rail pressure sensor, which ones do what, I know they are numbered 1 2 3 ...

Scrub the fuel filter then! Don't know the pin out for the pressure sensor, I'll see if I can find out.....

There's not much left really - I think you are going to have to change out the ECU, I can't see there's anything left - although I would clean the regulator first. I wouldn't have thought it was the TPS - but then again you never know!!!

Is yours a 3 or 1 plug ECU?

As per PM. ALL Xantias use a single Plug 188 pin or so.. EDC18 ECus. Even mums Y reg Xantia had the long single plug.

fps...1 is earth...2 is signal and should be between 0.5v and 4.5v...3 is power and should be 5v...worth a check paul:)

Worth checking you have a good earth from the regulator I think - occured to me that if this was missing or poor, then the regulator might not perform as it should. What is the % open at idle? Just had mine on and checked it, and it was only about 8-10%. BTW mine does have cruise in the ECU - find out on Tuesday whether it's good news for me or you

Theres only TWO wires from the pump regulator - neither are earthed to the battery. Pin ONE on the rail pressure sensor is earthed to battery at just 1.5 OHMs, which I thought was low enough.

I can see them without scrolling sideways, but I do have a 22" widescreen monitor at 1680 by 1050 resolution!

My Laptop screen Res is 1024 x 768 pixels. I like to have the pic sitting on the topic exactley right when expanded to full screen so theres no sideways scrolling!!

no i can see them fine...can u use ur mouse pad and use two fingers to shrink the size of the screen? like put one finger eather end od mouse pad hold ur fingers on it and push ur fingers towards each other
